Just like the RM890, the new RM890+ is a superb cruising boat with typical RM performance and aggressive elegance. With input from current owners, RM’s in-house design office working alongside the famous Marc Lombard design team have made improvements to offer unrivalled comfort and style in this popular pocket rocket.

HULL: The hard chine hull is manufactured using Okoume marine plywood which is then soaked with epoxy. Every joint is glued with epoxy and reinforced with bonding layers of fibreglass and epoxy resin. There is a galvanised steel frame matrix laminated inside the hull for extra stiffness and to transfer the loads from the keel(s) and rig.

KEEL(S) & RUDDER(S): The cast iron twin keels coated with epoxy are bolted into the galvanised steel structure and laminated to the hull. Polyester rudders and self-aligning steering

DECK: GRP/foam sandwich, the hull and deck is joint glued with epoxy and reinforced with layers of fibreglass and epoxy resin.
